We have extensive experience in providing tailored workshops and training to meet the needs of our clubs and associations.

 

One of our most popular workshops is a 1:1 workshop with your minute-taker/secretary.

 

Taking good meeting minutes at your organisation's monthly meetings is an important and fulfilling role. 

 

Meeting minutes are more than a general account of board discussions; they serve as an official and legal record of the meeting of the board of directors.

 

Minutes are used in a variety of ways including tracking progress, detailing future plans and serving as a reference point.

 

Among other things, your meeting minutes should reflect a  record of motions, votes, and abstentions.

Independent Board Reviews

An independent review of your organisation's board or committee can demonstrate they have the knowledge, skills and ability to fulfil their roles and responsibilities. It can also identify opportunities and gaps which the board/committee can  

 

Boards perform optimally if all of the directors are being utilised in areas that complement their skills and areas of expertise.
